WHAT’S NEW WITH APTAR
We have an exciting position open in North America: Applications Development Technician, reporting to the Material Science Lab Manager. This position will be based in Auburn, AL.
Applications Development’s Material Science and Engineering Laboratory is expanding its laboratory staff to aid in increasing the company’s innovation and dedication to valuable research in material science.
THIS IS HOW YOUR JOURNEY BEGINS
• You will be responsible for sample collection and testing within the laboratory facilities.
• You will operate various equipment within the laboratory to aid in manufacturing support, program management
• You will be responsible for data entry and communicating test results with laboratory manager.
• You will be responsible for collaborating with scientists, engineers, and program managers on high priority projects as needed.
• You will be responsible for entry-level subject matter expert in material science and/or technical area within the laboratory.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING ON THE JOURNEY
• Education – High School Diploma, Associate’s degree, and/or Bachelor’s degree in science discipline preferred
• Detailed oriented and self-motivated
• Passionate about making a difference and helping grow and improve the company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
