Associate III, Logistics & Order Fulfillment

Include but are not limited to the following: 
•    Manages logistics for movements of goods within the warehouse for Film activities.
o    Utilizes SAP and Neptune for movement of finished goods and raw materials.
o    Supplies all materials needed for production and samples to Film department.
o    Arranges for transportation of goods from one facility to another.

•    Maintains Film Warehouse and Dry Storage area.
o    Maintains cleanliness of warehouse areas including pallets, boxes and labeling.
o    Works with purchasing to help maintain inventory levels for all film materials.
o    Operate and maintain warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks)

•    Performs all needed transactions for Film Sample production to include:
o    Resources
o    Labels
o    Coordinates pickups, creates shipping documents.
o    Communications with customers and sales team.
o    Provide technical sales support within the department as needed, including samples, technical expertise and quotations.
o    Attends sales Teams meetings as necessary.

•    Coordinate the creation of new Film part numbers within SAP.
•    Coordinate completion of non-SAP orders (outside of standard system).
•    Summarize and report Film production efficiencies utilizing Power BI.
•    Track orders and shipment of materials and tooling needed for production and sales samples.
•    Analyze daily production for quality and accuracy by reviewing TSMS and thickness data from production.
