Mars Operator

Responsibilities
Includes but are not limited to the following:
• Runs the filling line at its capacity
• Comply with all Quality Control requirements
• Ensures product complies with all Mars specifications
• Checks line functionality to ensure its running at its best
• Maintains a clean and orderly work environment
• Maintain Aptar and customer quality standards
• Verifies label, carton and shipper components are correct for finished product being produced

Qualifications/Education/Special Skills
• Experience in manufacturing preferred
• Attention to detail
• Basic understanding of an automated filling line operation
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Able to operate and manoeuvre a pallet jack
• Basic problem solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Good employee management skills
• Math proficiency needed
• Able to work with diverse groups of people
• High School Diploma/GED required
