Molding Operator

Job Elements & Position Responsibilities

 Include but are not limited to the following: 

•    Following all safety rules and workplace requirements

•    Packaging finished goods into bags, boxes, and palletizing
•    Stocking raw materials and packaging supplies
•    Performing various actions to maximize equipment uptime (clearing line jams, stopping/restarting conveyor, etc.)
•    Assisting Cell Leader with material changeovers
•    Notifying Cell Leader, Maintenance, etc. of any equipment or quality issues
•    Completing required paperwork with cGMP Best Practices
•    When necessary (breakouts, callouts, etc.), performing relevant Quality Technician functions
•    Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Required Qualifications

•    High School Diploma or GED required
•    Experience in a production environment preferred
•    Ability to repeatedly lift up to 30lbs (~120times/shift)
•    Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time (12hour shifts)
•    Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
•    Proficient in Math and Reading
•    Basic computer-use skills
•    Ability to obtain forklift and other powered industrial vehicle license(s)
•    High sense of Ownership, Responsibility, and Initiative/Ability to work autonomously
•    The expectation is to have reliable transportation to work and report on time and when scheduled
