Quality Lab Technician

Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following:
• Collect daily QC Samples. • Put newly collected samples that require specific storage conditions in a designated area for a 
specified period.
• Perform a visual inspection of all collected QC samples. • Report to QC Lab Supervisor or Quality Laboratory Manager any visual defect found.
• Verify the calibration status of all equipment & tools to use for measuring quality characteristics.
• Set up required tests on all finished products to verify their conformity to quality standards.
• Report to the QC Lab Supervisor any sample that fails any required test.
• File all quality documentation.
• Perform any other tests when required.
• Daily cleaning of all equipment and work surfaces within the lab.

 Qualifications/Education/Special Skills • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required
• Proficient in the Microsoft Suite (specifically Excel and Access) • Detail Oriented
