Quality Laboratory Analyst

Include but are not limited to the following:
•    Writing procedures for new processes as well as revising procedures or writing new procedures for processes already in place.
•    Writing and performing test protocols and summary reports for testing new or current products. 
•    Perform statistical analysis on product data as needed.
•    Set up required tests on all finished products to verify their conformity to quality standards.
•    Review laboratory data and laboratory records for accuracy and compliance to procedures.
•    Assist in the development of laboratory expertise in analytical technologies to increase the capability to support internal and external customers for future requirements.
•    Other duties as assigned
•    Monitor calibration schedules and proactively coordinate service to minimize downtime and maintain operational readiness.

Qualifications
•    Bachelor Degree with a scientific background (Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, etc.) or similar experience
•    Capable of achieving Six Sigma Green Belt
•    Proficiency in use of statistical, analytical tools
•    Ability to perform calibrations and troubleshoot analytical instrumentation as needed.
•    Knowledgeable in cGMP, and cGLP requirements.
•    Organized and detail oriented, self-driven, and capable independently solving problems.
•    Capable of handling multiple projects at one time and changing priorities based on business needs.
•    Proficient in MS Office applications and other laboratory software applications.
•    Demonstrates good communication skills both oral and written
•    Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in diverse, interdisciplinary teams.
