We have an exciting position open in Argentina, Quality Analyst - Pharma,  reporting to the Quality Leader. The position will be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Primary Purpose Summary

The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of products and services through systematic testing and analysis. This role involves working closely with the Quality Assurance and Production teams to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Detailed Description:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities  

•    Documentation management and trainings related the QMS.

•    QMS activities as change controls management, risk assessments 

•    Investigate and resolve any quality issues, deviations or customer complaints implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.

•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and continuous improvement initiatives.

•    Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and other regulatory requirements.

•    Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

•    Compliance with requirements and directives established in terms of Quality, Good Manufacturing Practices, Occupational Health and Safety and the Environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING ON THE JOURNEY

Required Qualifications    •    Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Engineering, or a related field.
•    Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance.
•    Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
•    Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

•    Skills: SAP / English (intermediate or higher).
