WHAT’S NEW WITH APTAR

We have an exciting position open in Argentina , Berazategui   Trade & Custom Analyst  reporting to Trade & Custom Leader  The position will be based in BERAZATEGUI  Argentina, Buenos Aires. 

 

THIS IS HOW YOUR JOURNEY BEGINS

The primary responsibilities of this position are the coordination of export and import Customs processes, implementation and maintenance of the related processes, including temporary import regime management, customs legal files, HTS codification, INTI´s typing certificate for Temporary imports, Customs Broker auditing, etc. Strong emphasis on supporting regulatory international trade compliance and interfacing with Interco sites. For productive materials & international trade support for non-productive materials.

Other functions

  • Interco negotiations
  • Exports coordination
  • Impor/Expo documents tracking
  • Address daily information requests from Customs Brokers for import/export clearance of products
  • Temporary imported material tracking.
  • Address daily information requests from Customs Brokers for temporary import consumption of products
  • Assist in the preparation of responses to formal inquiries by local and foreign government agencies.
  • Figures and statistics, producing reports for management.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING ON THE JOURNEY

  • University graduate or equivalent or advance student
  •  2-3 years similar experience 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • English, fluent  written and oral skills,

SOFT SKILSS:

  •  Capacity to build relationships internally & externally
  • Rigorous and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of Customer Service is essential
  • Knowledge of related law
  • Strong knowledge of computer software such as SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, CRM
