What’s new with Aptar

We have an exciting new position open for a Platform Coordinator, South Latin America, Beauty. This role reports to the Platform Manager  LATAM and is ideally based in Cajamar, Brazil. This is an incredible opportunity for a professional who wants to develop a technical career in Product Development.

Main Objectives:

Coordinate standard product platforms and services throughout all their lifecycle, from development to rationalization; ensuring a balanced portfolio and a dynamic pipeline, for contributing to a profitable and sustainable business in the South Latin America cluster

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the product lifecycle for the South Latin America cluster's standard and custom product portfolios.
• Monitor and anticipate competitor product lifecycle decisions.
• Organize the service portfolio and create new standard and custom product briefs and USPs.
• Execute portfolio and quotation filters for product projects.
• Coordinate technical and business scenarios with Sales, PMO, RTC, Industrialization, Manufacturing, and Finance teams.
• Collaborate on post-launch economic-financial assessments and build business intelligence.
• Monitor the performance of new and existing products and make decisions on standard product assets.

Education:

• University degree in Marketing, Product Design, Engineering, Administration or other related business field.
• Postgraduate education on marketing or business administration is desirable.

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years in similar positions, managing mid sized teams.
• Positions in the packaging industry or B2B environments are desirable.
• Positions in multi-national and multi-cultural companies are desirable.

Skills/Abilities:

• Strong technical background with a good understanding of the business.
• Excellent customer relationship management.
• Full project ownership and a sense of urgency when needed.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use multiple data sources.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different complexities and teams.
• Experience working in multi-cultural teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Responsible behavior towards company assets and expertise.
