We have an exciting open position in South America: Commercial Analyst, reporting to Commercial Director Latam. This position is based in Cali, Colombia.

This position will support Andean Region sales including minor customer management, customer prospecting, supporting sales processes and activities such as prices database and C4C.

 

THIS IS HOW YOUR TRAVEL BEGINS

Customer Management: Sales representative for small customers in Andean Region, including contact with customer; sales process will be done with support of sales manager in a first stage

 

Customer Prospecting: Support Sales team on daily business monitoring and following up new opportunities, whether visiting customers, either through opportunities that come through, Sales Managers and exhibitions, or spontaneously through mails or telephone.

 

Sales Process: Support quoting process with sales controlling and prices data base management

Sales Follow up Tools:

-              C4C opportunities tracking and follow up, keeping alive the history of each business opportunity created by Sales (Sample request, codification request, visit reports, Life cycle management, etc.)

-              Sales planning (Forecasting). IBP commercial, marketing and new projects. (Tracking Projects file).

-              Weekly commercial meeting: Follow up weekly actions defined in weekly meeting

-              Sales report including sales statistics actual y budget.

-              Support commercial Customer creation process: formats and documents

Competitive landscape & mkt support: Support Marketing activities: AMIT file update and analysis quarterly, preparation of marketing material for innovation day in key customers,

DSO: generate alerts to avoid DSO negative impacts supported by treasury area

 

WHAT TO BRING TO THE TRIP

Education:

University degree in Business Administration, Econmist, Engineering or other related business field.

 Experience:

Young Professional (25 to 30 years old) Industry ( at least 2/3 years of experience)

 

Skills/Abilities:

Results Orientation

Good relationship with people

High level of English

Organizational skills

High level of Excel

Sense of urgency
