We have an interesting position open in Colombia: Pl Account Executive reports to the Sales Manager South Cone & Andea Region. The position is based in Colombia, Bogota.

This role is responsible for maintaining business relationship with customers under their responsibility. Visit clients for negotiations, new product presentation, participation in the development of new projects, to maintain proximity to customers, focusing on increased sales.

Detailed Description: ·

  • Forward customer complaints in the area of quality, through a specific form, so that it solved the problem. ·
  • Visit customers to negotiations, new product presentation, participation in the development of new projects, to maintain proximity to customers, focusing on increased sales.
  • Prepare basic customer information and keeps it updated through the information sheet, to the best knowledge of the client, keeping Manages date commercial. 
  • Issue visit reports and monthly activity report, when requested by Manages Commercial. 
  • Keep up to date on the technical product knowledge, through consultation to our portfolio and technical department, for better customer service.
  • Attend trade shows and events, assisting in the organization and getting customers, to support them.
  • Monitor projects from quotation stage to launch the product through specific forms to fill out and "Follow Up" with the areas involved and customers, to keep company and informed customer. 
  • Dispose of waste properly; 
  • Use natural resources responsibly 

Specific Knowledge:

  • Degree in Business Administration / Marketing.
  • Graduate Studies / MBA desirable.
  • Technical Sales and Trading (internal / external);
  • Knowledge of Customer Service (internal / external);
  • Knowledge in advanced Excel (internal / external);
  • Detailed knowledge of the functioning of enterprise (internal training);
  • Knowledge of food / beverage / personal care / perfumery / cosmetics companies;
  • Advanced English.
