2nd Shift Monday - Friday 4:20 pm - 12:30 am

3rd Shift: Monday-Friday 12:30am - 8:30am

 

As a Stockhandler with Aptar, you'll be responsible for product safety and quality and ordering and delivering component parts to work stations and filling machine hoppers, as well as moving cartons of assembled pumps and valves to the Warehouse.  We are looking for team players who are willing to jump in and help wherever needed to get the jobs done safely and efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.75 hourly base rate plus applicable shift premium ($1.00 for 2nd shift, $1.50 for 3rd shift)

We are also offering hiring bonuses to be paid out incrementally within first 12 months of hire:

$1,500 for 2nd shift

$2,000 for 3rd shift

 

Education

  • Must possess High School diploma or GED

Skills

  • Must be able to bend and lift/move/push a minimum of 50 pounds and reach above the shoulder continuously throughout the shift (approximately every 15 minutes)

  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for the entire shift

  • Must be able to read, write and speak English in order to communicate and understand relevant information relating to quality and production issues

  • Must maintain high energy level, be able to communicate with others and work effectively as a member of a team

  • Must have good vision in order to perform visual inspection duties

  • Must be able to hear warning signals and verbal alerts to avoid injury during manufacturing process

  • Must be able to discern shades of color and color differences relating to component parts used in the manufacturing process
