R2R - Fixed Asset & Lease Manager Primary Purpose Summary
Participate and execute the entire lifecycle of the company’s fixed assets, including acquisition, tracking, depreciation, revaluation, and disposal of fixed assets, as well as the execution of the administration of leases. The role ensures compliance with relevant accounting standards and policies, providing accurate financial reporting and analysis related to Fixed Assets, including assets under construction. Executes the lease process in terms of USGAAP. Tasks/Duties/Key Responsibilities
▪Executes the administrative part of FA/CAPEX/Leases process in SAP in conformance with Corporate policies and Sox controls
▪Builds relationships with key points of contact across the relevant processes and other functions both within the GBS, wider organization, and externally to maintain an understanding of the process context and deadlines
▪Independently solve the operational issues in GBS and with particular entities related to CAPEX/Fixed Assets and leases
▪Responsibility to meet the deadlines according to the process requirements
▪Provides adequate information to meet external local requirements, such as reporting for property taxes, as neededdentify problem areas in the process and collaborate to find solutions
▪Supports special projects such asset transfers between intercompanies
▪Responsible to run the CAPEX reporting for the business
▪Conduct ad-hoc reporting as requested by management, providing insights into fixed assets trends & performance metrics
▪Reconciles SAP Ledger and sub-ledgers related to Fixed Assets, and assist in the problem-solving for any discrepancies in the systém
▪Key user for SAP Fixed Assets, lease tool, and Investment management tool
▪Executes the proper Accounting related to the lease process according to USGAAP requirements
Education Experience
▪Minimum of Accounting/Finance University Degree
▪3+ years of fixed asset accounting experience
Skills/Abilities – MUST HAVES Other requirements - ADVANTAGES
•Experience with an ERP system
•Proficient user of MS Office, specifically Excel (e.g. Pivot tables, V-Lookups)
•Great communication skills and proactive approach in issue resolution
•Excellent problem-solving skills (critical thinking, decision making)

•Ability to find ways to make the processes more effective
