The Business Partner Team Lead will focus on leading a team of Business Partner Administrators, whose key area of focus is Customers, Vendors, and Contact Persons.  The Business Partner Team Lead will work with team members to provide governance and ensure business partner data is efficiently maintained, accurate and integrated between Aptar systems.  The Business Partner Team Lead will support the creation and change workflows of Customer, Vendor and Contact person data in MDG. This position will work with master data users across all of Aptar worldwide.  The Business Partner Team Lead will manage all required tasks with utmost care and responsibility.

 

  • Lead team specialized in SAP master data related to the Business Partner Master from creation through utilization
    • Support Business Partner Administrators and Aptar users with questions and issues on Customer, Vendor, or Contact Person topics
    • Monitor workflows are completed within timeframe of the service level agreement
    • Train new users in workflow basics as needed
    • Explain data quality rules to users as needed when they do not meet requirements documented
  • Governance of Business Partner Data
    • Emphasis to support Aptar’s Sales and Marketing Community with a concentration on commercial data
    • Attend appropriate Aptar meetings to provide support and gain knowledge related to Customer, Vendor, or Contact Person topics
  • Support and Troubleshoot Business Partner Workflows in MDG
    •  When master data of Customers, Vendors and Contact Persons are created or changed:
      • Check for supporting documentation for all Sarbanes Oxley related changes
      • Check for duplicates
      • Check for adherence to data quality rules
      • Screen against sanction lists and other government lists
      • Check for proof of verbal verification with the change of bank data after the initial creation
      • Take appropriate decision in workflow based on the points above
    • When technical issues arise with Workflows:
      • Review data and technical settings in MDG
      • Work with team and IT department to resolve

 

 

Your Profile

  • University Bachelor’s degree in scientific or business-operations related field or Apprenticeship or Relevant Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (B2-level or above in English)
  • Foreign language skills, a plus
  • Knowledge in Excel, SAP or other ERP System a benefit
  • Experience as a manager of people
  • Work Experience in a global team, a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Able to meet deadlines and solve problems
  • Able to adapt and creatively think in problem solving
