Position: Senior Manager, GBS Controlling

Primary Purpose Summary
Senior Manager, GBS Controlling works in close collaboration with VP, GBS, Director, GBS Excellence, GBPOs & Director, GBS Operations, Corporate Finance and eventually internal GBS clients, to plan, govern and execute all aspects of the financial management of the GBS activity globally, respecting Aptar Group financial policies. This is a global role, so the scope of financial reporting and compliance is both Country, Regional & Global .
Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the financial planning (short term and long term focused), analysis, and controls within the GBS organization to support effective decision-making (e.g. project prioritization), optimize resource allocation, and drive financial performance.
- Developing and implementing financial control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Group policies.
- Managing the budgeting and forecasting process for the GBS organization, including coordinating with department heads to develop accurate and achievable budgets.
- Analyzing financial data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance and cost efficiency.
- Monitoring and reporting on key financial metrics, variances, and trends to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Leading the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing financial audits and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
- Has financial and statutory responsibilities for the future Aptar CB Legal Entity.
- Monitoring & Tracking performance on transformation business cases
Experience and Education:
- Relevant University degree or proven track record
- 10 years plus in financial controlling & reporting/audit (preferably with some industrial in the portfolio of experience), especially in multi-national context
- Preference to have previous SSC/GBS direct experience
- Language requirement: English, plus other European languages fluency
- Willing to travel up to 50% of time
