Specialist III, Payroll/WFA Expert
Location: Flexible in Czech Republic
Reports to: Director HR SD EMEA
THIS IS HOW YOUR JOURNEY BEGINS:
As a Specialist, Payroll / WFA Expert, you'll be the go-to expert for Payroll, Time and Attendance, Benefits Administration, and Workforce Administration. You'll support various stakeholders and ensure processes are completed efficiently.
- Customer Support: Provide expert-level support for complex HR requests and escalate if needed.
- Process Management: Ensure timely completion of Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Administration processes.
- Improvements: Identify and propose process and system improvements.
- Compliance: Ensure local requirements are integrated into global policies.
Specific Duties:
Payroll:
- Enter payroll data and validate results.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and deadlines.
- Monitor and collaborate with external partners.
- Benefits:
- Manage employee benefit enrolments and maintain data.
- Validate and process invoices.
- Time & Attendance:
- Process leave data and maintain schedules.
- Manage annual activities like absence quotas and calendar preparation.
- Workforce Administration:
- Ensure accurate data entry for hiring, changes, and terminations.
- Create necessary documentation and perform reportin.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING ON THE JOURNEY:

Education: Degree or certificate, or hands-on experience, in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Experience: Knowledge of Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Workforce Administration processes. Experience with SuccessFactors, payroll systems and Strada as supplier is a plus.

Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in English and Czech.
