Senior Manager, Procure-to-Pay Operations

THIS IS HOW YOUR JOURNEY BEGINS:

Senior Manager, P2P Operations works in close collaboration with the Director, GBS Operations, the P2P GBPO, his/her teams and eventually internal GBS clients, to deliver the P2P activities of the GBS globally, respecting Aptar Group financial policies and agreements. 

This is a global role, so the scope of financial reporting and compliance is both Country, Regional & Global.

• Responsible for the day-to-day P2P operations within the GBS and the specific services delivered
• Focus on operational delivery of P2P services to stakeholders and customers
• Ensures adherence to standards set by the Global Process Owner and priorities set by Director, GBS Operations
• Provide an initial point of escalation for P2P day-to-day issues resolution
• Provide prioritization for GBS P2P team, in conjunction with GBS Director, GBS Operations
• Ensure compliance with laws, rules and regulations
• Be located in one of the key GBS locations to ensure visibility of service delivery
• Review KPIs and take actions to resolve issues
• Manage capacity of overall P2P team according to priorities, in conjunction with Director, GBS Operations and P2P Supervisors
• Manage P2P budget
• Manage attrition and staff performance

WHAT YOU WILL BRING ON THE JOURNEY:

Education/Experience

• General University degree or proven track record
• 10+ years relevant GBS work experience
• Must have previous experience leading teams in international SSC/GBS environment
• Language requirement: English and other fluent second language
• Willing to travel up to 50% of time
• General University degree or proven track record

• Strong understanding of P2P processes
• Ability to resolve exceptions and disputes
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills

• Good Microsoft Office and SAP (SAP4Hana) skills
