Reports to: Senior Manager, Procure-to-Pay Operations

WHAT’S NEW WITH APTAR

We have an exciting positon in Czech Republic. The Procurement Supervisor will oversee procurement operations within GBS, ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering strong partnerships with all segments and stakeholders. This role aims to ensure the delivery of quality services, in accuracy, completeness and timeliness, besides of driving continuous improvement through analysis and the implementation of best practices.

THIS IS HOW YOUR JOURNEY BEGINS

• Provide procurement expertise to support daily operations and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and implement communication, training, and escalation plans for identified process issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with sites and stakeholders to enhance collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and uphold high service quality standards.
• Conduct analyses on order confirmations, purchase order errors, and master data inaccuracies.
• Review and validate documentation updates (e.g., Standard Operating Procedures) from team members.
• Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement processes.
• Lead and procurement associates, fostering their professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Operations) to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
• Identify risks in the procurement process and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance procurement knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and prepare regular management reports.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING ON THE JOURNEY

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of consolidated experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes preferably within a GBS in the manufacturing industry.
