Job Responsibilities

  • Take the management ship of the Travel and Expense processes
  • Review and validate the work of T&E team members, ensure quality and accuracy
  • Build relationships with key points of contact across the processes and other functions both within the GBS, wider organization and externally
  • Work closely with other GBS Managers and Supervisors to implement and standardize processes to ensure maximum efficiencies

The Supervisor T&E primary mission is to manage business processes carried out at the České Budějovice Global Business Services.

The incumbent will act as primary driver for process excellence and will assure that processes followed at the GBS align with a global common standard across all functions and customer sites.

 

The Supervisor T&E  acts as technical thought- and sparring partner to the Process WS Leaders on their assignment to model global standardized end-to-end processes and makes sure that global processes are being implemented and followed globally.  The position holder will build a monitoring system that will provide metrics and intelligence on the efficiency of processes and will report on this on a regular basis to the Procure to Pay Manager and other stakeholders.

 

The Supervisor T&E acts as onboarding leader for new joining allies and organizations, primary process gate-keeper and technical go to person towards new-joining Concur. The incumbent will function as interface on all process-related questions to relevant stakeholders and as resource for knowledge Excellence center.

 

Another key aspect of this role will be providing leadership and / or active participation to process transformation projects and to make sure that innovative IT solutions are rolled out with due diligence.

Job Requirements

Education

 

  • University – preferred, ideally finance/accounting

 

Experience

 

  • 5+ working experience; 2 years accounting (ideally AP and Travel & Expense)
  • MS office
  • Very good knowledge of global/corporate world
  • Ver good English skills
  • Very good communication skills
  • Leadership skills – leading team of 4-5 members
