Associate Engineering Manager

What do we require from you?
 

• High school, university education
• At least 5 years of proven experience in this field and knowledge in project management an advantage
• Knowledge of English language at least at B2 level (Advanced)
• Knowledge of Czech language C2 level (Mother tongue)
• Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong results orientation, management, communication and technical skills
• Ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers and other parties
   

What will you be doing with us?
 

• Promoting and maintaining a culture of safety following regulatory requirements
• Project management of new tooling/equipment (specification, supplier selection in conjunction with purchasing, design review, ordering, factory acceptance test, on-site acceptance test
• Provision of investment and technical data for quotations, new product negotiations, agreements and other initiatives
• Tooling/equipment modification for product changes (including product robustness plan) or upgrades/optimization
• Technology transfer management
• Support cost savings, OE, quality and efficiency improvement initiatives
• You will be part of a global engineering and industrialization network
• Manage subordinate Engineering departments
• Reporting to the Managing Director
