Quality EFC Team Lead

The Applications Test Lab is the hub for elastomeric flow control (EFC) development testing for both
internal and external customers. This role is responsible for supervising lab personnel, coordinating daily
work, and ensuring results are accurately and consistently communicated to requestors and customers.
It is the department’s technical lead for test protocol design and implementation. This role is responsible
for the calibration and maintenance of existing test equipment, as well as the selection of new test
equipment to meet the needs of the department and customers. This role is also the technical support
representative in test project planning and customer meetings. The primary focus of this role is the direct
support of the EFC Development and Deployment Center and Aptar Sales groups.
