We have an exciting REMOTE open position as Corporate Commercial Excellence Global Director reporting to our Commercial Excellence Global Leader.


This is how your journey begins
As an integral part of the Commercial Steering Committee and in advancing Aptar’s customer centricity journey, this role supports the development and execution of the agenda and priorities for the whole Aptar group. The incumbent will lead the implementation of a set of initiatives defined by the CE Steering Commettee in order to deliver a superior customer experience through optimized process design, execution and related tools. Within the Aptar Commercial Operating Model (ACOM), this role will be responsible for process development and change management efforts as well as for supporting standardization (when relevant) and continuous improvement. It is foreseen also to support the CE Steering Co. in ensuring the development and execution of sustainable cross segments processes aligned with Aptar business needs, driving the highest levels of customer satisfaction, sales growth and margin expansion. 


This role will be working with CE Steering Co. and Commercial leaders across Aptar to understand the requirements of the business units and ensure commercial tools are effectively serving their sales and marketing organizations. It will also be responsible for ensuring the Digital Strategy defined by the CE Steering Co. is executed and aligned with the CE roadmap. Furthermore, the role will require collaboration with Aptar IS and partners to prioritize launch and implement new tools and system enhancements.


•    Lead and have full implementation oversight of a number of cross segment programs rolled out with the CE Pillars and executed with the support of the Subject Matter Experts. 
•    Support the Aptar CE leader on strategic projects and, as required, lead/own relationships with cross-functional business leads including Regions, Data & Analytics, Products & Services, Communications, Business Process Owners (BPO), Operational/Innovation Excellences and others as required. Regularly report CE activity progress status to the CE Steering Committee. 
•    Contribute under the leadership of the CE Steering Co. to the development of the Commercial Excellence Digital road map in partnership with VP Digitalization, Aptar IS, Operational Excellence and other functional leaders as needed with the goals to drive productivity, support sales efficiency, and continuously improve the value to our customers.   
•    Partner with Aptar IS leadership to deliver solutions in full alignment with business strategies and business priorities while operating in an effective structure with high level timeline plans and in respect of CE/IS budget planning. 
•    Be flexible to navigate within the global Aptar organizations and to move between operational, projects, and end-users quickly and seamlessly in order to effectively collaborate with business units and any functions in an agile and fast paced environment.
•    On specific projects, steer and/or support project scoping and governance in order to drive the projects to a successful completion in terms of deliverables, timeline and budget.
•    Engage people at all levels to encourage maximum performance and dedication, increase skills and knowledge, challenge status quo, and adequately drive change management mindset within respect of Aptar core values and rules of leadership.
•    Across segments, drive a lean process approach and continuous improvement organization synchronized with the Aptar Business Process Management (BPM) communities, the Excellences and the Aptar IS organization. 
•    Promote the company CE standards, tools, methods, innovation, and best practices sharing / implementation. In addition, remain abreast of the latest practices in the field of Commercial Excellence.


You will bring on the journey

•    Degree level and/or MBA
•    Project management certification


•    Management experience in leading intercultural teams and organizations
•    Experience in developing and implementing global strategies, concepts and standards
•    Proven capabilities in strategically and analytical thinking
•    Preferred Sales/Customer Experience

This position will be fully remote, based from home, but selected candidate must based live in a country where there is an Aptar location.
