What You Will Do at Aptar Pharma Digital Health

As Applications Support Engineer, you will work independently, and collaboratively, to maintain a stable user base as well as contributing towards the consistent improvement of products and services. The main objective is to drive the corrective action and enhancements associated with our customer portfolio (functional and technical support, investigation, correction, and modification)

 

  • Identify and resolve problems encountered by end users and cater to the ever-evolving needs of our application suite
  •  provide professional technical support to our clients
  • Respond to situations where Tier 1 product support to isolate or fix problems for user
  • Ensure the handling of incidents (bugs, complaints, & feedback) and the correction of anomalies
  • Collaborate with other in-house teams to improve the customer experience and enhance projects and products
  • Contribute to the evolution of our Zendesk service desk utility for key customers and users
  • Participate in the management of the information channel between Vigilance and Support
  • Respect and exceed service level commitments (i.e. response time, incident resolution, etc.)
  • Contribute to the improvement of support processes
  • Engage external clients towards issue resolution
  • Provide status/recap reports to clients
  • Provide technical support for product launches

 

What Aptar Pharma Is Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-5 Years in Computer Science and/or Software Development related roles
  • General knowledge of SQL and exposure to development tools (Visual Studio 2018 - 2022)
  • Support tool experience – Zendesk or similar
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft environment (Office, SharePoint, Power BI, etc).
  • consultative selling skills to engage with customers
  • Logical knowledge of programming languages and development tools - C# or JAVA ideally
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and DevOps
  • Knowledge of Regulatory or Data Privacy requirements
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • Client focused, customer advocate demonstrating empathy and support to clients
  • Team player – works well with all teams alike
  • Professional level written and spoken English
  • Ability to adapt and communicate with clients and partners
  • Ownership: Demonstrate follow-through on whatever you do. Take on any task necessary to help
  • Innovative thinker who is creative when problem solving and perseveres to achieve goals.
