What You Will Do at Aptar Pharma:

 

The primary mission of the Customer Supply Chain Specialist will

 Receive, process and expedite all customer purchase orders so as to ensure correct and on time delivery of product to customers

 

What Aptar Pharma Is Looking For:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

 

 

 

Manage sales order entry, agree on acceptable lead-times with all relevant production sites and negotiate improvements when needed.

 Communicate lead-times, delays, challenges and changes to customers.

 Occasionally visit selected customers to review demand and logistics.

 Prepare Monthly report of portfolio of orders.

 Ensure accuracy of orders received from clients. Verify requirements have been met and that Sales has provided all necessary documents and specifications.

 When applicable per site, follow-up on delivering and invoicing process.

 Work closely with Sales to review client requirements, open orders and client portfolios in general, as well as the services/tooling orders.

 For Local production, work closely with the Planning department to meet customer requirements.

 Resolve customer issues related to sales order management with appropriate departments.

 Responsible for the input, tracking and accuracy of trial orders.

 Work with Accounts Receivable / Credit management and Sales to resolve payment issues.

 Work with Quality and Sales to follow-up on Return Authorizations and manage the Replacement orders according to the agreed upon terms.

Responsible for Customer Master Data maintenance in SAP based on information provided by Sales (Customer Master Information, Customer Master Specification Record and Prices).

What you will bring on the journey:


Education:

·       Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

 

  Experience:

 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

3-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service or in a similar position interacting with customers.

3-5 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical environment preferred.

1-3 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding, Traffic and/or Logistics a plus.

Knowledge of SAP or other similar ERP system.

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

Language: Fluent in English. French and/or Spanish a plus.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Skills/Abilities:

 

Thoroughness: Pays attention to detail and accuracy. Ensuring activities are handled correctly and completed on time. Rigorous with follow-up.

Compensation and Base Annual Pay
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $75,000 to $102,000 USD annually. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
