What You Will Do at Aptar Pharma:

The primary mission of the Quality Operations Engineer is to identify and manage the internal and external quality investigations. Define and / or follow and verify the implementation of actions plan, following investigations, CAPAs, changes control, audits and measure their efficiency.

 

What Aptar Pharma Is Looking For:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, Drive and manage the investigations related to internal or external issues and / or non-conformities using continuous improvements tools (root cause analysis, PDCA, 5S, QRQC, visual management, SIPOC, Process flow chart, etc…) with cross functional teams
  • Present results of the investigations so decision can be taken if needed
  • Support investigation on the shop floor
  • Pilot the actions plans related to CAPA, change control, complaints, audits (internal or external) for Quality Operations and update quality documentation when needed
  • Pilot the data trending on dedicated product range and participate in studies on product / process with product manager by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
  • Act as an expert for the continuous improvement of quality and in the interpretation of raw data results, statistical evaluation or other data gathered during an investigation or product evaluation
  • Identify with the department manager the actions that should be prioritize
  • Manage the quality continuous improvement activities and organize cross functional workshops
  • Train and guide the employees in the use of continuous improvement tools (root cause analysis, PDCA, 5S, QRQC, visual management, SIPOC, Process flow chart, etc.
  • Report the quality performances relating to investigations (status) and actions plan and generate Key Performances Indicators
  • Could be assigned to projects in the quality department
  • Inform management in case of discrepancies
  • Apply all the quality management system documentation applicable to the role
  • Respect cGMP in the activities conducted

 

What you will bring on the journey:
Education:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent.

  Experience:

  • Green belt Lean Six Sigma is recommended
  • Excellent computer skills utilizing SAP and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of tools used for investigation and continuous improvement

Compensation and Base Annual Pay
 

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is USD $75,500.00 to USD $102,500 annually. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
