What You Will Do at Aptar Pharma:

The Training and Documentation Coordinator facilitates and processes all technical operations internal trainings and documentations. Maintains all technical operations documentation (Action Request, Change Request, Change Control, and other Technical Operations Documentations). Monitors status of all open actions related to technical operations documentations to ensure prompt movement. Manage and maintains all technical operations training records and training matrix to ensure training validity, audit readiness and department compliance at all times. Facilitates training for new and old documentation and document changes.

 

 

  • Overall responsibility for organization, maintenance and archival of Technical Operations documents.
  • Perform periodic assessment of all documentation.
  • Coordinate the processing of Documentation Management requests.
  • Coordinate document distribution throughout Technical Operations.
  • Support maintenance of internal audit program with various record preparation and scheduling activities.
  • Facilitates and manage all technical operations Change Control process.
  • Maintain logs for (action request, Change request, change controls, documentation and all training records) for Technical Operations to ensure department compliance.
  • Create and develops training materials for technical operations internal trainings.
  • Attends Audits when needed for both external and internal audits.
  • Comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Flexibility to accommodate extended hours of work as per business requirement.

 

What Aptar Pharma Is Looking For:

  • College Degree in related field preferred and at least 1 year of related experience.
  • Detail oriented, rigorous, analytical, reactive and good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent computer skills using MS Office.
  • Strong writing and presentation skill; Publishing/Document layout and Documentation Management.

  • Ability to think creatively and develop training Matrix’s, forms and effective training plans.
  • Ability to train and educate others.

  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Able to regularly and frequently stand, walk and bend during performance of essential duties.
  • Understands and practices safe working procedures. Observes safety rules and policies; brings to managements’ attention any unsafe acts or conditions.
  • Basic understanding of production line mechanics and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to physically perform all essential job duties, which will require continuously regular standing, walking, bending and dexterity.
  • Ability to continuously practice and follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Willing to gown for the purpose of entering cleanrooms.
  • Ability to recognize and abate safety hazards.
  • Adaptable.

Compensation and Base Annual Pay

Aptar Pharma offers a competitive total rewards package including base salary or base hourly rate determined by many factors including the role, experience, knowledge, skill set and location. For those in eligible roles, discretionary incentive compensation which may be awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions. The typical hourly base rate range for the position of Utilities & Process Technician to the specific work location of: New York City metropolitan region is USD $25.00 to $33 per hour.  Additional details about total compensation and benefits are provided during the hiring process.
