What You Will Do at Aptar Pharma:
Responsible for the management and coordination of Warehouse operations ensuring proper receipt, storage, issuance, and shipment of materials. Responsible for helping of coordination of all C-TPAT activity for the site. The Warehouse Supervisor will establish shifts and allocate resources to efficiently maintain operations on schedule. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the training of employees and the discipline and morale of the staff. The Warehouse Supervisor will maintain and follow warehouse documentation to ensure proper execution of warehouse processes and adherence to CGMP.
- Assign responsibilities, delegate authority, recruit, select, orient and train employees.
- Provide decision-making information by estimating future requirements on labor.
- Organize required training (internal and external) for staff.
- Initiate and drive continuous improvement projects following World Class Manufacturing guidelines.
- Ensure that all safety rules and regulations are respected (OSHA, etc.).
- Assure attainment of business objectives and production schedules while insuring product standards that will exceed our customers’ expectations.
- Improve manpower utilization within existing departments and processes.
- Work to establish management practices throughout assigned areas which include all employees’ positive involvement with opportunity for constructive input and action.
- Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes. Maintain and improve housekeeping in all areas.
- Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
- Regulate or shut down equipment during emergency situations.
- Notify appropriate personnel to correct equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by complying with company procedures, rules and regulations, and report any dangerous situations or malfunction of equipment.
- Participate in product and equipment investigations, report and investigate nonconformities.
- Comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices
- Analyze customer requirements ensuring accurate shipment of orders.
- Plan arrangement of goods within the warehouse organizing special requirements for certain stock.
- Keep stock control systems up to date and plan future capacity requirements.
- Maintain material handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections, making operator repairs and alerting supervision of possible problems and need for repairs. Operate equipment.
- Ensure that production needs for material are fulfilled: staged orders, auto-issue inventory, packaging supplies.
- Ensure that incoming shipments are properly received and dispatched to storage locations.
- Maintain inventory through cycle counting and proper reporting of results.
What you will bring on the journey:
Required Qualifications
· High School diploma or equivalent, technical school or related experience.
· 1- 3 plus years in a shipping/receiving/warehousing environment.
· SAP WM or equivalent ERP system experience.
· Experience with fork truck operations.
· Experience with material handling equipment and shop tools.
Skills/Abilities
· Persuasive communicator with good communication skills able to give presentations and training sessions.
· Strong leadership and diplomacy.
· Can work well on teams and build strong relationships.
· Open minded and creative problem solver in complex situations.
· Proven ability to communicate with executives, peers, and team members.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the annual salary range for this role is $73,500.00 - $99,500.00 This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
