Aptar has an exciting opportunity for an HR Service Delivery Analyst. The HRSD Analyst is primarily responsible for providing best-in-class first level of support to HR Customers, contributing to a high level of service satisfaction, by guaranteeing service within the established SLA’s. The hours for this role will be 6:30am – 3pm Central Time, M – F.
An an HR Service Delivery Analyst, you will:

Act as first point of contact for Customers who seek support on HR topics such as benefits, payroll, policies, and HR systems.

Answer phone calls, or process requests received via ticketing tool which are raised by Employees, Managers, HR, and other internal stakeholders.

Provide rapid and efficient resolution of requests, promptly resolving most requests in first call/emails/tickets when first opening.

Analyse requests which cannot be resolved immediately by identifying nature of the request, diagnosing the problem, and allocating or escalating them to the corresponding team.

Take ownership for requests handling according to the scope of services and processes. This may include collaborating with other individuals on the Service Delivery team, as well as with other regional or global HR members to find resolution to Customer’s requests.

Provide information and document requests which are considered routine requests and require limited research.

Provide support to local HR for HR Document updates on the HR Portal.

Create content for the HR portal; items may include policies, instructions, newsletters, or other employee related documents.

Assist and educate employees on how to access the HR portal, Payroll applications, and other HR systems.

Assist in engagement activities and enhancements of the employee experience.

Apply agreed HR Services standards, methods, and tools in an effective way.

Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) established for HR Services.

Complete paperwork requesting employment or wage verification data. Such paperwork may include requests from worker’s compensation, unemployment agencies, medical support withholdings, etc…

Support the absence management process by working with Aptar’s absence management vendor, SunLife

Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources/related field
Skills:

Knowledge on HR Policies and Processes

Languages: English

Preferred Qualification: Knowledge on HR Systems / Tools, such as SuccessFactors, HR Portals, Payroll System (Dayforce), Ticketing Tools (Service Now) and Document Management Tools.

Preferred Qualification: Prior internship or other working experience in Human Resources

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $53,000-$72,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
