Manager, Finance Enablement Platform
Reports to: Director, Finance Enablement Platform
Location: Hybrid; Crystal Lake, IL, Queretaro, MX or Ceske Budejovice, CZ preferred
Travel: yes – up to 50%, will fluctuate dependent upon business need
*Position is not eligible for international/regional relocation as work can be completed remotely.
The Manager, Finance Enablement Platform role is responsible for consulting with Finance partners in order to evaluate and recommend financial technology solutions that will facilitate the accomplishment of the business goals. Analyzes the business strategy, operations, and current technology architecture in order to develop options for new technologies that will optimize the company's financial functions and business processes. Provides consultation regarding solutions planning, impact analysis, risk assessment, and budgeting. May provide financial analysis to determine ROI/ROA of proposed solutions.
This role will be part of the PMO for large complex projects.
Job Responsibilities
As Manager, Finance Enable Platform, You Will:
- Identifying and addressing bottlenecks in finance processes.
- Developing and implementing automated solutions to streamline workflows.
- Conducts new hire training and refresher training for established users on Oracle system, other related applications, and third-party software and service providers.
- Structure gap analysis/continuous improvement to improve metrics and efficiencies.
- Acts as key functional and technical liason with key financial services third-parties as applicable
- Providing training to finance professionals on new processes and tools.
- Serving as a point of contact for finance teams, answering questions and providing support.
- Helping finance teams adopt best practices and improve their skills.
- Ensuring data integration between different systems.
- Staying up-to-date on emerging technologies that can be applied to finance.
- Get buy-in from key stakeholders and provide a regular update of progress and enhancements to the roadmap.
- Creates quick reference guides for completed projects to support on-groing training and learning.
Who We are Looking For
Education
- Required: College or university business degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related analytical field
- Preferred: MBA or comparable degree
Required:
Experience
- 6+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or a related role within AptarGroup.
- Experience with financial systems (SAP, BPC, Blackline, etc)
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and automation.
Skills / Abilities
- Strong project management skills
- Strong technology and data analysis/system skills
- Process improvement
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range in the US for this role is $123,000 - $167,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
