Position Title: FusionPKG Strategic Projects & Commercial Initiatives             
FLSA Category: Exempt
 

Duties and Responsibilities 
•    Coordinate commercial negotiations and Legal customer documents (close collaboration with corporate legal team) – 20%
•    Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads -65%
•    Other responsibilities: - 15%
o    Review, design, and execute improvements to processes and approaches; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
o    Organize ideas, projects, people, time, and resources necessary to keep all companies moving forward
o    Provide analysis, recommendations, and options for key decisions

 

Must-have – qualifications for Success
•    Industry experience in Beauty or Personal Care (Packaging and/or contract manufacturing preferred)
•    Proven success in project leadership/project management
•    Experience with customer communication/negotiation
•    Experience in data analysis and PowerPoint
•    Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions
•    Self-starter and independent

 

Competencies for Success
•    Consulting experience (ideally Sr. Asc/Jr. EM/EM-level)
•    Packaging or Engineering background/degree
•    Experience in the Beauty/Personal Care or Packaging or Manufacturing Industry
