The FusionPKG Turnkey Innovation Coordinator (TIC) is your gateway to the vibrant world of beauty product innovation. This role is pivotal in launching cutting-edge turnkey products, supporting sales efforts and supporting our customers—today’s hottest prestige beauty brands—and managing the Dallas turnkey sample library. You’ll be at the forefront of creating and delivering key assets—think PowerPoint presentations, product copy, launch sheets, timelines and formula samples—while supporting the development and rollout of groundbreaking beauty formulas.

You’ll work together with the FusionPKG Sales, Marketing, Turnkey, and Package Innovation teams, and be the right hand to the Sr. Director of Turnkey Product Innovation, ensuring every project hits its mark. You’ll also assist the Turnkey President with turnkey tradeshow elements, customer programs, and internal training.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Craft and oversee formula briefs, development timelines, and regulatory checks.
  • Manage formula orders, invoices, and inventory with precision.
  • Keep product information up to date, refresh the Master Formula list, and catalog new formulas in Salesforce.
  • Create compelling marketing copy and
  • Showcase formulas, providing insights and whip up compelling marketing materials
  • Document and track formula submissions, including attributes and statuses.
  • Run the in-house turnkey sample library, including collaborating with the team on the samples
  • Oversee sample room operations, including inventory and reorders.
  • Manage sample Kits—inventory, assembly, and tracking included.
  • Handle sample requests, monitor shipments, and perform quarterly audits.
  • Keep Collections trackers and calendars updated and create launch sheets.
  • Label and prep samples for new collections and oversee package sample requests.
  • Assist in the preparation of major meetings and trainings
  • Track and manage briefs, prepare White Space Analysis, and present formula recommendations.
  • Develop formula names and store benchmarks for projects.
  • Offer market feedback and support Product Retreat presentations.
  • Tackle various administrative turnkey tasks

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Product Development, Design, Marketing, or related fields from an accredited college or university is strongly desired.
  • Six months to a year or prior internship in product development, marketing or project management in the beauty industry
  • A strong aptitude and passion for the beauty industry, beauty products, skin health, makeup artistry, trends and products
  • Prior Project Management and time tracking experience strongly desired.
  • Strong writing and grammar skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Ability to travel to area labs, trade shows, and to Fusion's offices.
  • Hybrid schedule, role based in Dallas, TX
