Ready for your new challenge as “Global Marketing Manager CHC (Consumer Health Care)” at Aptar Pharma?
With annual sales of $350M+, the CHC Division is the second largest within Aptar Pharma. The CHC Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and ensuring the successful execution of the global Marketing & Communications (MarCom) strategy to support strategic objectives of CHC business categories, ranging from dermal, cough & cold, allergic rhinitis to eye care and Vitamin, Minerals & Supplements (VMS). Responsibilities include:
- Developing a deep understanding of the Aptar Pharma business, including assigned CHC Division Business Categories and markets
- Developing global MarCom strategies for the CHC Division assigned Business Categories to support business development
- Building, leading and ensuring successful delivery of the annual global CHC MarCom Plans. This includes leading Marketing projects covering the following areas:
Digital marketing, external communications, thought leadership, advertising, events, product launches, marketing tools development, sustainability MarCom activities, competitive monitoring
- Interacting with regional marketing functions worldwide in the adaptation of the global CHC MarCom strategy to meet the respective regional needs.
- Advising and supporting a global team of 5-6 Business Development Managers as well as the CHC Product Management Team responsible for CHC business categories, including Dermal Drug Delivery, Eye Care, Cough & Cold, Allergic Rhinitis, and VMS.
Your profile:
- Business degree or comparable education preferably with a major marketing focus
- 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in medical device, Pharma, Consumer Health Care or nutritional business
- Strong Project Management skills
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) required
- Digital marketing, Social Media and AI based content generation experience is a plus.
