Position Summary

We have an interesting position open in Querétaro:  Buyer reports to Procurement Planning Leader. This position will be based in Querétaro.

Job Responsibilities

• Create on SAP the Purchase Orders based on the Customers requirements on SAP.
• Send the Purchase Orders to the vendors (Interco and Non-Interco).
• Request to the vendors the confirmation dates on time.
• Maintain on SAP all the confirmation dates from the vendors.
• Make the follow up with all the vendors to make the materials pickup on time.
• Ensure to have all the proper documentation from each vendor and share with the Logistics Area.
•  Maintain on SAP the updated prices for each vendor on the info record.
• Creation of reports for vendor prices increaser-decreases.
• Inventory Control.
• Vendor scorecard (OTIF).

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in equivalent disciplines

Experience:

• SAP (optional).
• English
