Position Summary
We have an interesting position open in Querétaro: Analyst, Employee Services, reports to the HRBP México. This position will be based in Querétaro. The main challenge for this position is to be the first point of contact to provide information and assistance to employees. Take appropriate steps to resolve, refer, or escalate issues in accordance with company policies and procedures
Job Responsibilities
- Internal communication.
- Keep the different means of communication for employees updated this includes the creation and updating of WhatsApp groups.
- Screens and communication areas.
- Publication of HR information through the groups.
- Updating of HR information boards.
- Preparation of flyers for internal events.
- Preparation of satisfaction surveys.
- Purchasing requisitions.
- Manage supplier registration.
- Creation of requisitions for purchase orders and HR service orders.
- Receiving invoices, entering the system (SAP) and sending information so that suppliers can upload their invoices to the portal. (Finance Process).
- Staff uniforms.
- Control and inventory management of uniforms for plant and office personnel.
- Bi-annual delivery of plant personnel and annual office personnel.
- Data update.
- Lunch Service
- Administration of the dining room service.
- Administration of complaints and satisfaction surveys.
- Continuous improvement of the service
- Cleaning and maintenance scheduling.
- Cleaning service administration.
- Control and inventory management of cleaning products.
- Creation of requisitions for supplies (paper, towel, soap, antibacterial gel, etc.)
- Conducting quarterly evaluations.
- Receipt of complaints and suggestions for the service.
- Control of facilities maintenance
- Employee Transportation
- Verify weekly transportation schedule.
- Validation of the weekly billing of the service.
- Inform new staff of transportation schedules.
- Receipt of transport incidents.
- Request and payment of reimbursements to workers.
- Conducting quarterly evaluations.
- Notify staff of changes in schedules, routes, etc.
- Lockers
- Assignment to new staff.
- Control and safekeeping of locker keys.
- Control and maintenance of lockers.
- Notify the staff about the fumigations to be carried out in the lockers.
- Vending Machines and Cafeteria
- Receipt of complaints and suggestions for the service of the machines.
- Control and inventory management of supplies for the coffee machine.
- Control and compliance with equipment maintenance plans.
- Organization of staff events
- Suppliers, logistics and coordination of sales of personnel and their families.
- 12 annual events plus sports activities.
Education
- Bachelor / Engineering
- Intermediate English
Experience:
- 2 years managing Employee Services in a manufacturing site.
