We have an exciting position open position  in Aptar Mexico, Querétaro Beauty . Human Resources Business Coordinator

This position will be based in Queretaro, El marques reporting to HR leader.
 

How your journal begin

Build a strong relationship with internal clients, to understand their business objectives, diagnoses and opportunities, to execute the improvements, serving the people management strategy, aligning operational leaders, spreading  the culture, executing practices and  supporting all the HR processes.

Main funtions

  • Support Business on Workforce planning for the site.
  • To act as business partner of the site and local areas, ensuring the execution and improvement of HR processes according with Global, regional and Local policies and law
  • Help site leaders to offer employees entire success life cycle experience
  • Monitor and adapt HR practices to current legislation and labor Union  agreement; work with Union representative to assure a good environment avoiding conflict that may  interfere with production.  Advice Operation area insurance a fair treatment for all employee.
  • Execute the coordination about recruitment and talent attraction process
  • Riseponsable for audits (external and internals)
  • Support and advice managers and employees respect  training, development, compensation, benefits,  internal communication, legal , promotion, termination  etc, base in local, regional and Global policies.
  • Implement and execute HR policies, according with local or regional and Global requirement
  • Develop and support initiatives that constantly help to increase our rate in our Engagement Survey  assuring a healthy site organization . work  in engagement activities that allow to increase the sense of belonging.

What can you bring to the position 

 

  • Education
    • Degree at HR Resources ; Psychology; Business Admistration , Law
    • MBA is a plus;
    • Enjoy working with different themes, being able to find challenges and justify their prioritization
    • Skills in implementing HR processes
    • Experience with recruitment, attraction and retention of talents
    • hability to work in a matrix organization with several dotted line reports
    • Emotional intelligence to handle all types of profile providing support in a transparent and direct way.
    • Advance English

 

  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years in the role. Working with Union representative at manufacturing and multinational companies
