WHAT'S NEW AT APTAR
We have an exciting position open at Aptar Querétaro Data Maintenance Administrator, reporting to the Manager, Global Transactional Data. This position is based in Queretaro, México.
The Data Maintenance Administrator, The Data Maintenance Administrator will focus on supporting various data maintenance activities to reduce maintenance and costs, enable accurate reporting, provide solutions to various problems, and promote automation. This includes working on yearly objectives and supporting requests from both local sites & team members to create, change, delete, & distribute data individually or by mass.
This role is based in Aptar Mexico-Queretaro, one of Aptar’s GBS (Global Business Services) centers to leverage synergies in working with other departments housed in the same center.

- International team of 30+ professionals in the USA, Germany, France, Brazil, India, Mexico and the Czech Republic
- Accomplished team managing globally consistent, comparable and correct master data
- Focused on facilitating efficient running of global business processes and reporting in Aptar’s ERP systems
THIS IS HOW HIS JOURNEY BEGINS.
- Perform manual & massive changes in the systems (MDG S/4, ECC S/4) with respect of system constraints and policies for Aptar´s global operations.
- Troubleshoot issues, analyze reasons for data error, correct and perform root cause analysis.
- Responsible for Aptar´s Global Customer and Vendor Hierarchy including a regular update of the data in coordination with external Providers (today: Dun & Bradstreet) as well as supporting Aptar internal Requests.
- Integration of purchased data (today: SWIFT and Dun & Bradstreet) into Aptar´s data to improve data quality and reporting.
- Preparation of quarterly reports for internal audit on Customer and Vendor master data on global and local level.
- Creations and changes of Financial Master Data in the systems (MDG S/4, ECC S/4) – such as GL Accounts, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, House Banks.
- Review and resolve data quality issues for adherence to the organization's data quality standards.
- Participation in continuous improvement initiatives within GMDG/GBS
- Ensuring the SLA for received requests is met and that KPIs match expectations
- Improvement initiation / development / testing / implementation
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING ON THE TRIP

- University Bachelor’s degree or Apprenticeship

- SAP Experience
- Work Experience in a global team, a plus
- Knowledge of basic data & ERP system integration, a plus
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles, a plus
