WHAT'S NEW AT APTAR 

We have an exciting position open at Aptar Querétaro: R2R System Expert, reporting to the Director, GBS Projects. This position is based in Queretaro, México.

A R2R System Expert has the responsibility to make sure the application he is managing is providing to the business all the necessary capabilities and performance in line with the Business requirements, Global Aptar & External policies & compliances and budget allowances.

This person will cover mainly Americas but can support also EMEA if necessary.

He is a single interface in between Business and IS team

• Work with R2R GBPO / IS @ Blackline Expert / SAP to align application capabilities with business goals.
• Monitor & follow application performance and drive optimization for user experience
• Drive incident management and resolution
• When necessary is the System Administrator of the Application

THIS IS HOW HIS JOURNEY BEGINS.

• Propose new features, develop a vision of the tool with the Blackline Expert, propose LT plan developments. Stays up to date with new potential tools and new market proposals.
• Gather all the Business requirements for a End to End process within the Application the application owner his responsible for.
• Coordinate with the R2R GBS GBPO & IS Demand team the GAP analysis in order to determine the necessary system solution within the Budget assigned to the system (Capex and Opex).
• Depending on the size of the project / tool implementation may lead / manage a small team participating to the project.
• Coordinate for the development of the tool a transversal team
• Elaborate trainings and training materials for the proper usage of the system. Provide also trainings.

Project mode:

• Coordinate with the IS Demand / IS Delivery / Blackline Expert and or the GBS team the developments and the planning related. Prepare with IS the Business Blue print if necessary.
• Develop as System Admin the necessary developments / parametrization depending on his profile capabilities / authorization
• Participate to the audit of the system implementation and Go Live
• Participate to the SOX Controls Risk Matrix reviews.

Run mode:

• Drive incidents on a day to day basis.
• Unblock users if necessary within the system if under his capacities.
• Deliver to the Business the necessary training and documentation on the tool.
• Adjust as System Admin the parameters of the tool due to change in organizations, process improvements…
• Communicate on a regular basis to the Business new developments or features to help the business to gain in efficiency.
• Coordinate a small team to develop the tool, planning, capacity, training…..

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING ON THE TRIP 

• Must be on-site an average 2 days a week.
• International travel may be necessary for the onboarding within the team and some projects.

Skills/Abilities – MUST HAVES

• Master degree or equivalent in Finance
• Minimum 5 years in Finance as General Accountant in GBS.
• Expert on Blackline Smart Close, Journal Entries, Reconciliations modules… min 2 years
• ERP experience in SAP is required, very good level in Microsoft Office, Power BI, robots, automation tools…
• Experience in project management (planning, stage gates….) or Continuous Improvement and particularly for systems implementations.
• Experience within a system provider would be a plus.
• Fluent in English and a second language is a plus.
• Good communication skills
• Particularly at ease with systems, like to learn new tools and develop new features. Can demonstrate already experience in that.
• US group would be a strong plus (some knowledge of USGAAP constraints, SOX Controls and Internal Controls requirements)
• At ease with very flexible & complex organizations and diversity. Very good analytical and logical skills.
