We have an exciting position open in Queretaro: Senior controlling analyst latam, reporting to the Operations and FP&A Manager, LATAM Beauty

Job Summary

The role supports financial management through the preparation of reports and presentations, budget control, and audits. Responsibilities include cost supervision, fixed asset and Capex analysis, and investment evaluation, providing strategic financial insight to management and multidisciplinary teams. 

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing the appropriations and apportionments of expenses from the accounting accounts;

• Prepare management reports on cost information, inventory, Working Capital and capital expenditures;

• Prepare profitability reports by product, customer, etc. Analyze of periodic standard Cost run and revaluation

• Support the preparation of the budget, and criticize the result achieved vs. planned.

• Assist and Monitor the Monthly Closing Process;

• Update and support for KPI management;

• Assist in the quotations and investment analysis.

• Assist in the preparation of Accounting Management Reports and Costs, comparing with Budget & PY;

• Assist in the external and internal audit follow-up process, including SOX controls review;

• Develop and support periodic results presentations;

• Assist in the elaboration of the MTD & QTD result projection;

• Assist in the preparation of corporate reports.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

• Experience in the accounting, financial planning, controlling or similar area;

• Skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint; Copilot or IA as a plus.

• Intermediate English

• Knowledge of budget preparation and forecasting

• Knowledge of integrated management systems
