What’s new with Aptar

We have an exciting position opening in our mould shop department. This position will be in charge of:  

  • Planning and execution of sampling, qualification of injection molds
  • Further development of the qualification process on a scientific basis - "Scientific molding approach".
  • Analysis and process engineering evaluation of article design with innovation and development departments
  • Support and evaluation of injection molding simulations and FE calculations with the responsible development departments (global)
  • Independent scheduling, capacity planning and priority management of the projects to be qualified, organization and execution of the qualifications in consultation with the responsible departments
  • Technical and disciplinary management of the technical center, as well as internal reporting & cost center responsibility
  • Support of global service assignments and internal improvement projects

 

What you will bring on the journey

  • Completed studies in the field of plastics technology, preferably with a master's degree, or comparable training
  • At least 3 - 5 years of professional experience in a comparable field or position
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Result orientation and deep understanding of the technology in the responsible area
  • Independent, goal-oriented and systematic way of working as well as strong communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills, flexibility and innovative ability
  • High degree of quality awareness and ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to travel on business at home and abroad
