INDUSTRIALIZATION ENGINEER (m/f/x)

Aptar is seeking an Industrialization Engineer based in Freyung. This role is responsible for the manufacturability of our products, the specification and procurement of equipment and support concerning product launches.

As an Industrialization Engineer, You Will

• Ensure equipment safety and support product launches
• Provide feedback to Product Design to improve manufacturability
• Specify and source equipment; support CAPEX submissions
• Qualify equipment at vendor and site locations
• Optimize processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain technical documentation and submit proposals
• Support production with troubleshooting and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams

Who We Are Looking For

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Plastics, Mechanical, or similar)

Required Skills

• Strong problem-solving and project engineering skills
• 5+ years of experience with injection molding, automation, robotics, or inspection systems
• Familiarity with equipment procurement and vendor management
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to travel
• Fluency in English
