This position reports to the Engineering Project Manager, you organize and coordinate the action plans and projects carried out within the design office in concert with the other entities of the company.

You address work on product evolution projects (shapes and dimensions), processability, working conditions improvement, productivity, quality, new equipment installation and capacity increase. All this while respecting quality standards and internal procedures in a regulated production environment for the pharmaceutical sector while respecting costs and deadlines.


General task list:

• Write the specifications based on the need identification initiated by the applicant,

• "Construct" projects in terms of budget, planning, profit analysis versus gains identified by the applicant,

• Organize / Take part in project reviews,

• Study technical feasibility if inhouse realization or consultation, technical and financial analysis of the offers if subcontracting for subjects referring to mechanics, automation and vision inspection,

• Manage plant documentation (DMF application plans), machines (production tools: molds, cutting tools, mechanical plans, electrical wiring, automation), PLC programs, HMI, vision system backups,

• Be attentive to changes in productivity and quality,

• Ensure technology watch,

• Study any changes or follow-ups by subcontractors: organize and monitor the installations, oversee tests (mechanics, automation),

• Monitor tests and production launches

Holder of a Sciences Masters (or equivalent) type training, you have solid knowledge of mechanics, automation and vision inspection systems and have five years of experience in a similar position.
