Primary Purpose Summary

The primary purpose of the IS Sales, Marketing & E-commerce Developer and “Doer” is to take on  development and technology efforts to quickly pilot and decide what is worth pursuing and what is not. This may include developing a mobile app that can be launched from C4C to provide functionality that can help an account manager’s life become easier. It may mean trying a new technology that the domain is interested in and giving feedback to the Commercial Excellence team very quickly so that the domain can stay focused on priorities. In addition, it means brainstorming ideas and trying to envision what should be next and trying it. It means – have a little fun!


Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze and Develop mobile apps or products that can enable the account managers and/or executives to be more efficient. Experience integrating with C4C (or Other CRM like Dynamics, Salesforce) and SAP is a benefit.
  • Daily communication with the key team members and brainstorming – constantly listening
  • Explore and try new technologies that may be desired in the domain
  • Learn to develop on the CRM platforms Aptar utilizes


Skills (Hard skills)

  • Strong rapid development skills with .NET, ABAP, Ability to deliver solution provided within the Delivery support
  • Ability to continually adapt and learn new development platforms as needed
  • Ability to follow technology trend and methodology that will continue to evolve the services capability 
  • PowerApps
  • Ability to understand the customer need and to build effective process to support the needs
  • Must use C4C and the products this domain is implementing to be able to truly understand the pain points and capabilities.

Competencies (Soft skills)

  • Willingness to try and communicate in person first, if that is not an option, use Teams in person chat, versus resorting to email. Live communication is preferred.

  • Previous experience in Marketing and Sales is desirable


  • Bachelor's degree in (Business administration/Engineering or Equivalent) or at least three years in similar position
