We have an exciting position open: North America Sales Manager – EFC (Elastomeric Flow Control). EFC division belongs to the Aptar Closures entity, and it specializes in designing, developing, manufacturing and implementing elastomeric flow control valves solutions for dispensing packaging and non-packaging markets. This role is responsible for managing accounts, identifying, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will maintain and grow existing business while being a flexible team player who ensures the highest level of customer service.

Job Elements:

  • Identify, secure, and develop new customers executing overall Sales & Marketing strategy to build and grow a book of business via the consultative selling of solutions.
  • Promote and sell the Aptar EFC product portfolio, identifying new market trends.                                                              
  • Maintain and grow existing business leveraging existing Aptar EFC portfolio and resources.      
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained.
  • Achieve the sales budget, 5-year plan (sales and margin) for existing accounts and new business opportunities.
  • Use Aptar Customer Relationship Management tools (incl. C4C, project pipeline, Aptar Market Intelligence Tool, IBP…) to ensure the best short; mid- and long-term business visibility for Aptar EFC.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, supply chain, RPD, Engineering, and Quality) to support business relationship and sales growth.
  • Ensure the progress of projects acting as a coordinator between the customers and the different services of Aptar EFC manufacturing sites.
