SUMMARY

The position of Sales Intern is responsible for supporting our Sales team in various projects and reports.

 

JOB DUTIES

  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing PPT or Company Client Customized PPT & Microsoft Teams and Regional Meetings.

 

Internal & External

  • Perform analysis of marketing and sales data for a variety of different market fields, product ranges, molecules and pharma markets:
    • e.g.  Brand &  Private Label / OTC Market 
  • Assist with updating (CRM) Customer Relationship Management System

 

Marketing & Commercial Data

 

Meeting & Visit Reports

 

  • Compile Monthly Business Sales Report 
  • Replenish sample kits for customers, send out samples and update sample room inventory log as needed for all segments 
  • Assist in the preparation of trade shows, conferences and other marketing activities.

 

Prepare Samples & Marketing Information 

  • Manage sample room stock and marketing material for all segments 
  • Prospect and Qualify leads and update maintain activity log 
  • Organize, Maintain and or File documentation.

 

DMF 

  • Customer Master List  - all segments 
  • Customer Files 
  • Product Specifications 
  • Contracts (CDA’s, Supply Agreement, Quality Agreements)

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication
  • Rigorous, Energetic, self-motivated and takes initiative
  • Strong organizational skills, can multi-task effectively.
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Works well within a group; team player
