We have an exciting position open in Mukwonago, WI: Shift Supervisor.  Night shift:  6:00pm-6:30am on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.


The Working Supervisor role is responsible for the supervising and coordination of manufacturing activities on shift.   Responsible for shift safety and development of staff on shift.


  • Schedules work force to achieve manufacturing priorities, including overtime and time away from work.
  • Communicates and coordinates activities with other departments such as the Warehouse, Tool room, Engineering, Maintenance, and any other departments as required.
  • Communicates and coordinates activities within and across shifts to obtain goals and communicate issues and performance against goals to employees.
  • Provides and/or coordinates required training of employees.
  • Responsible for all aspects of safety, including monitoring work procedures, correcting unsafe areas or acts and conducting accident investigation activities in the event of an accident or near miss.
  • Administers performance appraisals, employee development programs, activities, and discipline where necessary to address policy violations or performance issues.
  • Responsible for maintaining proper housekeeping, including 5S, ISO, SQF, IMS, and other requirements.
  • Communicate to other departments the need – material requests, Tool room Notifications, Maintenance Notifications.
  • Leads shift meetings to communicate goals.
  • Direct mold setup, repair to equipment, process documentation and process changes. 
  • Troubleshoot all problems assign appropriate technical help.
  • Acts as back-up to other Shift Supervisors as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.




  • 2 year associates degree preferred
  • Bachelor degree preferred



    • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
    • Previous injection molding experience preferred.
    • Previous technical experience (ie: Set-up Tech/Process Tech)



    • SAP Knowledge. Excel knowledge.
    • Leadership ability.
    • Lean manufacturing concepts and tools.
    • Prompt, reliable attendance is required.
