In order to complete the EMEA HR team, we are looking for a apprentice student from August-September 2025.
This experience at Aptar Europe Holding SAS based in Rueil-Malmaison (92) is an opportunity to learn more about HR functions in an international context.
Reporting to the EMEA HR Project Manager, you will be in support on the following missions:
Missions:
HR management of business projects:
- HR support in the context of business reorganization projects at the regional level.
- Support on the preparation of communications for project stakeholders (management, employees, social partners, external)
- Interface with the HRBP on the management and monitoring of the implementation of projects.
EMEA Labor Relations:
- Support for the preparation of presentations to the European Works Council (EWC).
- Coordination of the social calendar: monitoring of European legal procedures and by countries concerned by European projects.
- Collection of legal documentation for each EWC meeting + coordination for translation.
- Support for the conduct of the expertise carried out by the European Works Council.
HR Governance:
- HR reporting: monitoring of HR KPIs (litigation, temporary workers, entry/exit) at the EMEA level.
- Follow-up of open positions in EMEA (link between Business and HRBP).
Profile description
- Bac +4/5 training, with an HR speciality
- Rigorous, dynamic and autonomous
- Written and Spoken English Required
- A first experience appreciated (internship, work-study program)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills
- 1 or 2 year apprenticeship contract
- Start date: August-September 2025
