Reporting to the EMEA Sales Director, you will participate in the following missions
Job Summary:
- Prospect, identify and qualify new customers, new opportunities to grow the Aptar Injectables business
- Be in charge of certain customer accounts: define the development policy and priorities and propose the means and actions to achieve these objectives
- Manage a network of agents and distributors
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, with his/her manager and the regional director, the prospecting of new customers and new business from existing customers
- With the rest of the team, lead the Biotech prospecting plan (acceleration plan); report to Aptar Pharma Injectables management
- Participate in standardizing references and promoting new products and services
- Monitor and coordinate the activities of agents and distributors (where applicable)
- Propose and set up a new agency/distribution network where none exists (e.g. Spain)
- Updating the competitive intelligence database
- Contribute to updating marketing and communication activities
- Ensure the solvency of customers and prospects and handle collections
- Collect and update information needed to prepare sales forecasts
- Monitor and respect the annual budget for the zone (sales, prices and quantities) for the current year and for the 5-year plan
- Draw up an annual budget and 5-year plan
- Monthly reporting on the area of activity (monthly report / growth review / CRM updates as often as necessary)
- Update CRM (C4C) data regularly and efficiently: contacts / opportunities / samplings / visits / price offers
Qualifications:
- Education: Master ’s degree in Business school or a related field
- Fluent English, other foreign languages of advantage
