Analyst, IS Category Management supports the IS Category Management team in strengthening Aptar’s competitive position. The role focuses on executing procurement activities that maximize supplier value and minimize business risks, ensuring high-quality service for both internal and external customers.

The position reports to the Head of IS Category Management that runs all procurement worldwide activities in the assigned category.

THIS IS HOW YOUR JOURNEY BEGINS:

• Support the evaluation, qualification, and selection process of suppliers for IS products and services.
• Assist in the preparation of negotiations and the analysis of supplier bids.
• Maintain procurement data and documentation to ensure the effective implementation of category strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements and monitor supplier performance.
• Execute day-to-day administrative procurement tasks within the IS Category Management framework.
• Prepare and execute the RFx process on Ariba tool
• Monitor and updating the supplier base on the base of IS needs;
• Manage relations with suppliers;
• Evaluate and supplier risks;
• Support the supplier negotiation ensuring the best results for Aptar;
• Ensure supplier agreement implementation on Ariba system;
• Monitor supplier performance
• Perform business intelligence
• Support a close collaboration with Stakeholders projects, Supply organization and the category groups to maximize the sourcing contribution to the overall business results.
• Analyze the spending through the official tools (Power BI, SAP) in line with the guidelines defined in the category strategy
