Intern, Global CRM & Marketing Automation
About the Role
We are looking for a Intern, Global CRM & Marketing Automation to support customer data quality in the CRM and the execution of global email marketing campaigns in the Marketing tool. In this role, you will help ensure the information used by commercial teams across Europe, North America, and Latin America is accurate and up to date, and you will contribute to the preparation and deployment of email campaigns based on the global marketing calendar. It is a great opportunity to build practical experience at the intersection of sales, digital marketing, and pricing in a B2B environment.The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and curious—comfortable learning new tools and processes while collaborating with international commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Data Management
- Maintain customer and contact data in the CRM (updates, corrections, and standardization) to support accurate commercial reporting.
- Support data quality initiatives (e.g., duplicates, key fields) and align CRM data with our Marketing management tool audiences when needed.
Lead & Opportunity Management
- Monitor lead and opportunity workflows in the CRM and coordinate with sales teams to keep status updated.
- Help keep the pipeline clean and consistent by spotting missing information and reinforcing basic CRM standards.
Global Campaign Execution
- Support global email campaign execution in the Marketing management tool (setup, checks, and launch support) across EMEA, North America, and LATAM.
- Manage target audiences and lists (segmentation and data checks) to reach the right contacts.
- Help keep contact lists accurate and follow email communication rules (e.g., removing invalid contacts and respecting unsubscribe requests).
Requirements
- Preferred profile: students of a Master’s degree (or final‑year Bachelor’s students) in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or other related business fields
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical way of working
- Interested in working with digital tools and software (you enjoy learning new platforms) and motivated to support sales and marketing teams using specific systems and tools.
- Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with commercial teams
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
