Junior HR Generalist

Aptar Italia, a company operating in the packaging market in the Beauty segment - with 2 plants in Italy, in San Giovanni Teatino (CH) and in Manoppello (PE) - is looking for a candidate to join the company for the position of Junior HR Generalist.

The ideal candidate, working closely with the HR Manager and the HR team, will support HR-related processes and HR improvement and development projects;

he/she should have a strong aptitude for teamwork and contact with people, as well as a strong interest in the world of human resources.

The candidate will perform the following activities:

• Support the HR team in daily activities: selection processes, training, onboarding, performance appraisals, employee data management, mandatory communications, organization of company events, vacation monitoring etc.
• Manage employee requests and provide them with the necessary support
• Manage employee trainings
• Participate in the planning and organization of HR activities
• Process accurate information and reports that support the management team
• Provide administrative support for all activities and updating of HR organizational documents (organizational charts, job descriptions, etc.)
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and systems

The main skills required for this position are:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package (primarily Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge of the English language

Educational background:

Master's degree in humanities, economics or equivalent

1-2 years experience required
